Your photo may not meet the required minimum size or format.

Please ensure that your image is at least 512 × 512 pixels in resolution.

Low-quality, corrupted, or unsupported file types may also cause upload issues.

If the problem persists, try re-saving or re-taking the image before uploading again.

2.Why is my design taking a long time to generate or showing an error?

This may happen for one of the following reasons:

Unstable Internet Connection: A slow or weak network can interrupt the generation process. Please check your connection and try again.
High Server Load: During periods of heavy usage, design generation might take longer than usual. Waiting a few minutes and resubmitting your request usually resolves the issue.

3.How can I get better design results?

For the most accurate and high-quality results:

Use clear, sharp, and well-lit photos.
Take the photo from a straight-on angle, ensuring that the entire area you want redesigned is visible.
Avoid tilted, dark, or blurry images, as these reduce design accuracy and quality.

4.Why does my design appear blurry or low quality?

Our system supports images up to 1024 × 1024 pixels.

If your result appears blurry or unclear, it may be due to:

A low-resolution or dark original photo.
Out-of-focus or poorly lit images.
For the best output, use a high-resolution photo with good lighting and ensure key areas are in focus.

5.Are my photos stored or shared?

No. All photos are processed securely and not stored, shared, or reused after processing.

Your images are handled either locally on your device or through encrypted servers, ensuring complete privacy protection.

You maintain full control of your personal content at all times.
